1. What is the Livspace referral program and how does it work?
Share the joy with your friends and family. Refer them to us and get rewards anywhere between 5% to 8% of the total project value for each successful referral. If you are a former or current Livspace customer with a valid Project ID, simply fill out our form with your & your friend's details (name, phone number, and email ID) and that’s it! The rewards will be in the form of a voucher that will be redeemable on www.livspacehome.com when you & your friend have confirmed your final orders with Livspace by making full payment towards that project.
2. Can I club my voucher amount with the existing discounts running on www.livspacehome.com?
Yes, absolutely! You can combine your voucher with the ongoing discounts and offers on www.livspacehome.com . This means even more savings on your favourite furnishings and furniture. Think of your voucher as an extra bonus on top of the festive deals—helping you get the best value while styling your home just the way you like it.
3. How will I be eligible for the referral program?
Participation in the referral program is open to current and previous Livspace customers, defined as individuals who have either completed their project or made full payment towards an ongoing project with Livspace.
And, at the risk of stating the obvious, friends you refer must be new to Livspace and confirm their final order by making full payment towards the Project with Livspace. The minimum project value of your friend's project should be ₹2 lakh worth of modular interiors. For a more detailed understanding, please check our policies.
4. How many friends can I refer?
In this case, the sky is truly the limit. Refer one, refer all – refer as many friends as you can and maximize your rewards.
5. If I refer 2 or more friends, how will I be rewarded?
The date of final order confirmation (when the project’s full payment has been made) will be used for sequencing your referral.
6. How will I receive my referral rewards?
Once you & your friend have confirmed final orders by making full payment towards your projects with Livspace, our team will share voucher codes with you which you can use to purchase any product from www.livspacehome.com.
7. When will I receive my referral rewards?
For every successful referral, your rewards will be processed in 30 business days.
8. What can I do if I haven't received my referral rewards?
We get it. Nobody likes not getting what’s truly theirs. In the rare case where you haven't received your referral rewards despite eligibility and a successful referral, contact us at 1800-309-0930 or customer-referral@livspace.com.
